Terms of Service

By accessing or using BazarPak (the "Platform"), operated by Crux Labs (Private) Limited ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

The following items are prohibited from sale: weapons, illegal drugs, counterfeit goods, stolen property, hazardous materials, tobacco products, and any item prohibited under Pakistani law.

All listings must include accurate descriptions, genuine images, and fair pricing in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Misleading listings will be removed and may result in account suspension.

As a buyer, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable shipping fees. All payments are processed through our escrow system — funds are held securely until you confirm receipt or the 7-day confirmation window expires.

You agree to inspect items promptly upon delivery and raise any disputes within the confirmation window. Fraudulent purchases or false disputes are grounds for account termination.

Sellers must complete KYC verification (valid CNIC and banking details) before listing items. You are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of products you sell.

BazarPak charges a commission of 5-12% on completed sales, varying by category. Rates are disclosed during seller onboarding. The first 90 days are commission-free for new vendors.

You must fulfill orders within the stated shipping timeline. Repeated failures to fulfill orders may result in account suspension.

Eligible creators can earn commissions by producing content, guides, and reviews that drive product discovery on the Platform. Creator eligibility requires a minimum follower threshold and content quality review.

Creator commissions are calculated based on qualified referral sales. Commission rates and payout schedules are outlined in the Creator Program Agreement provided upon acceptance.

The BazarPak name, logo, and related trademarks are the property of Crux Labs (Private) Limited. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

You retain ownership of content you post (product photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting, you grant BazarPak a non-exclusive license to display and promote the content on the Platform.

Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly before filing a formal dispute. BazarPak's support team will mediate unresolved disputes based on evidence and marketplace policies.

For disputes that cannot be resolved internally, the matter shall be referred to arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.

BazarPak is a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, manufacture, or inspect products listed by third-party sellers and are not liable for their quality or legality.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, BazarPak's total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to BazarPak in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. BazarPak reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

Upon termination, any pending escrow transactions will be resolved according to our standard dispute process before final account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
