What is BazarPak?
BazarPak is Pakistan's first three-in-one marketplace — buy products, sell your items or run a store, and follow your favourite creators. One account, three markets.
When does BazarPak launch?
The web app launches in 2026, starting in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. iOS and Android apps will follow shortly after.
Which cities are supported?
We're launching in Rawalpindi and Islamabad first, with same-day delivery between the twin cities. More cities will be added based on demand.
Buying
How do I buy on BazarPak?
Browse or search for products, add them to your cart, choose your payment method (COD, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or card), and place your order. It's that simple.
Is it safe to buy here?
Yes. Every seller is CNIC-verified, and we offer escrow protection on all transactions. Your money is held safely until you confirm delivery.
Can I return items?
Yes. If the item doesn't match the listing, you can file a return within 7 days of delivery. Our dispute team reviews every case fairly.
Selling
How do I start selling?
Create an account, complete KYC verification with your CNIC, and you can start listing products immediately. Free posting for individual items, 90 days free for stores.
What are the seller fees?
Commission ranges from 5–12% depending on the category. Early vendors get 0% commission for the first year. No listing fees, no hidden charges.
How do payouts work?
Payouts are processed within 3 business days after delivery confirmation. We support bank transfers, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and debit/credit cards. All digital payments are encrypted and secure.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available for all orders within Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A small COD fee of PKR 50 applies.
When do I get refunded?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval. For COD orders, refunds go to your BazarPak wallet or chosen payment method.
