How Disputes Work

Submit your dispute with order details and a description of the issue. Attach photos or screenshots as evidence.

Our team reviews evidence from both the buyer and seller. Both parties have 48 hours to respond with their side.

Mediation

A trained mediator works with both parties to find a fair solution. Most cases resolve at this stage.

Resolution

A final decision is made. Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days if applicable.

Item Not Received

The tracking shows delivered but you never received your package, or the seller has not shipped after the agreed timeframe.

Item Not as Described

The item you received significantly differs from the listing — wrong color, size, condition, or missing components.

Return Issues

The seller is not accepting a valid return request, or you have not received your refund after returning an item.

Payment Problems

You were charged incorrectly, double-charged, or the payment was not reflected in the order system.
