We collect personal information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address. For sellers, we also collect CNIC details, bank account information, and business registration documents as part of our KYC verification process.

We automatically collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interactions with listings. This helps us improve the platform and provide personalized recommendations.

If you make a purchase, our payment partners (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast) process your payment information. BazarPak does not store full credit card or mobile wallet credentials on our servers.

We use your information to deliver our services — processing orders, facilitating escrow payments, enabling communication between buyers and sellers, and providing customer support.

We may use your email and phone number to send order updates, security alerts, and promotional communications. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time from your account settings.

We analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform, identify trends, and develop new features that serve Pakistani shoppers better.

We share necessary order details (name, shipping address, phone number) with sellers to fulfill your purchases. Sellers are contractually required to use this information solely for order fulfillment.

We work with trusted third-party service providers — including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, and customer support tools — who are bound to protect your data.

We may disclose information when required by Pakistani law, court order, or government regulation, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest, and regular security audits by third-party firms.

Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. All access is logged and regularly audited.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Most information can be updated directly from your account settings.

You may request a complete export of your personal data in a machine-readable format (data portability). You may also request account deletion, which will permanently remove your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
