If something is wrong, you open a dispute before any funds are released. Escrow covers every order across Pakistan and is free in your first year.

How Escrow Works

Buyer Pays

The buyer places an order and pays securely. The amount is held in escrow — never sent directly to the seller.

Funds Held

BazarPak holds the funds in a secure escrow account. Neither party can access the money during this stage.

Item Delivered

The seller ships the item. The buyer inspects it and confirms delivery and satisfaction.

Funds Released

Once the buyer confirms, funds are released to the seller. If there is a problem, a dispute can be filed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are funds held in escrow?

Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery and satisfaction, or until the auto-release window (7 days after delivery confirmation by courier). Either party can file a dispute to extend the hold.

Is there a fee for escrow protection?

Escrow protection is completely free for the first year. After that, a minimal processing fee may apply. We will always notify you of any fee changes in advance.

What happens if the seller does not ship?

If the seller fails to ship within the agreed timeframe, the buyer can request a full refund. Funds are returned to the buyer within 2-3 business days.
